I believe the best design lives in the sweet spot of what users need, what businesses require, and what teams can actually build.
My work starts before the brief. I look for the problem behind the problem, examining desirability, viability, and feasibility before committing to a direction. That forward lens is what separates a short-term fix from a long-term solution.
I advocate strongly for users, because without them there is no business. However, I also understand constraints are not obstacles, they are design inputs. Some of my sharpest thinking came from working within tight timelines and limited resources, finding the version of a solution that delivers real value without waiting for perfect conditions.
I bring that same clarity to cross-functional work by helping teams align on what matters, why it matters, and what we are willing to trade off to get there.
Best regards,
Kendrick 😉
